We have received so many compliments on the events and solutions created by our participating teams, including from Louise Fresco and Arthur Mol, director and rector of Wageningen University! Many thanks for all these positive remarks!

We believe the event has been a huge success, thanks to the participating teams, both in Wageningen and online, the mentors, the experts, the mobile film crew, our programmer of the Solutions Market website and many more!

We believe to have definitely made a first impact in creating connections between youth worldwide on the SDG2 Zero Hunger and connections between youth and professionals!

The Foodathon is a 36-hour event providing a digital platform through which youth teams worldwide can interact, exchange knowledge and create solutions to challenges related to SDG 2 Zero Hunger.

📌We are happy to announce that the Organizing Committee has selected the teams that will participate in the Foodathon and we have now communicated by email the result!

During the Foodathon, participants will take part in the keynote session, where CEO Unilever Paul Polman and the President of the African Development Bank Dr. Akinwumi Adesina will talk about SDG 2 Zero Hunger.
