📢 Attention BCA 2nd batch students! 📢
Advice: Get the paid bill first for duplicate gradesheet and transcript😉😅
We've received some important updates regarding marksheet issues for the 1st and 4th semesters. Here's what you need to know:
1️⃣ **1st Semester Marksheet:**
- Some students' mark sheets are missing the registration number in the 1st semester. If yours is one of them, don't panic, visit TU Dean Office.
Required documents: Gradesheet, photocopy of registration card.
2️⃣ **4th Semester Marksheet:**
- All BCA students have errors on their 4th semester mark sheets.
- If you see "Grade Sheet" written, it's a mistake.
- If "Provisional Statement of Grade" is written, it's correct.
- TU has sent corrected mark sheets to some colleges. If you haven't received yours, visit TU Dean Office.
Note - This is only for 4th semester marksheet. Old original marksheet should be submitted to TU to get new marksheet.
3️⃣**Duplicate Gradesheet**
If you don't have your Gradesheet duplicate gradesheet is necessary to apply for transcript
- For duplicate gradesheet, Faculty of Humanities and social science, Dean office
- Required documents: Photocopy of registration card, should fill a form provided by dean office.
**Transcript Application:**
- For transcript applications, ensure your name and registration number are correctly printed on all 8 semesters' mark sheets.
- If there's an error, visit TU Dean office to get it corrected.
📍 **Location for Assistance:**
- All these tasks require a physical visit to TU Humanities and Social Science Faculty, Room No. 3.
🚨 **Important Note:**
- Physical presence at TU is necessary for these tasks. You can send someone on your behalf.
