In accordance with the Matching Grants Agreement between the University Grants Commission (UGC) and Thapathali Campus, we are pleased to share that the inspection of Power Supply and Signal Analysis Laboratory Equipment (Package-A)(Contract ID: IOE-TC/G/NCB/04/2082-083) has been successfully completed.
The inspection was carried out at the Computing and Digital Systems Laboratory (D-Block), operated and managed by the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, IOE, Thapathali Campus
Installed Equipment Overview:
🔹 Regulated Power Supply (3-channel) – 9 sets
🔹 Digital Storage Oscilloscope (≥100 MHz) – 12 sets
🔹 Function Generator (100 MHz) – 8 sets
🔹 Analog Oscilloscope (0–30 MHz) – 6 sets
🔹 Spectrum Analyzer (>3.6 GHz) – 2 sets
🔹 Spectrum Analyzer (>1.5 GHz) – 4 sets
This laboratory strengthens teaching, learning, and research at Thapathali Campus by providing students with hands-on facilities from basic to advanced electronics. It serves as a benchmark for practical work in Signal Analysis, Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Antenna, RF laboratories, and minor and major project work, helping students develop real experimental skills.
