All students, faculty members, and staff of BIC are hereby informed that the college will remain closed on Monday, 2082/08/29, in observance of official mourning following the demise of Mr. Ratna Bahadur Rayamajhi, Head of Department (HOD).

The college community deeply mourns the loss of our esteemed academic leader. His contributions to the institution were invaluable and irreplaceable, and his dedication to academic excellence will be remembered with profound respect.

Regular academic and administrative activities will resume on Tuesday, 1st of Poush, 2082, as scheduled.
