Volunteers from the Tzu Chi Foundation visited Haraiya Multiple Campus and held a meaningful discussion on several important academic and social issues. The interaction focused on the current education system, the quality of teaching and learning, graduates’ employment status, and the challenges students face in entering the job market. Special emphasis was given to exploring practical ways to enhance students’ employability through skill-based education, value-oriented learning, and community engagement. The discussion was constructive and forward-looking, highlighting the need for collaboration between educational institutions and social organizations to prepare graduates who are not only academically competent but also socially responsible and job-ready.
