Songs for Myanmar – A Benefit Concert for Peace and Healing
When: Saturday, May 10th at 5-7 PM
Where: The Adam Concert Room (ACR), Te Kōkī New Zealand School of Music, Victoria University of Wellington

You are warmly invited to an evening of music, reflection, and community, as the Music Therapy students of Victoria University present "Songs for Myanmar", a benefit concert in support of humanitarian relief for the people of Myanmar.

In a world that often feels uncertain, we come together through music to honour resilience, offer comfort, and share hope. Through gentle harmonies, soulful improvisations, and meaningful collaborations, this concert is an offering of peace, from our hearts to theirs.

This event is supported by Te Kōkī New Zealand School of Music, and features a diverse program of original compositions, world music, and therapeutic soundscapes, lovingly crafted by music therapy students with a deep commitment to healing through the arts.

Entry by koha; All proceeds will go directly to grassroots organizations working on the ground in Myanmar, where help is urgently needed.

Come as you are. Bring a friend. Be part of this collective act of compassion.

Together, let’s raise our voices for Myanmar; with music, with heart, and with hope.
