[ 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗔 𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗦 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗖 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧 ]Day 4- December 4,2025. The day commenced with a formal assembly at the lobby of the Marikina City Hall. Students and faculty were assisted and facilitated by the City Tourism Office through its on-the-job trainers from Our Lady of Perpetual College and Maris School Marikina. Sports Administrators, Mr. Calvin Carambas, Mr. Oliver Fulinara, the Head of Tour-Guiding, and Arron Nepomuceno, the Asst. sports administrator led the facility tour to the Marikina Sports Center. Students had the chance to witness firsthand the MSC Olympic-sized swimming pool, indoor basketball court, and sports track and field, which covers the outdoor basketball court, etc.

The Marikina Sports Center, also known as Marikina Sports Park and formerly known as Rodriguez Sports Center, is a sports complex located in Marikina, at the corner of Shoe Avenue and Sumulong Highway in Metro Manila, Philippines.

[𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐬 - 𝐂𝐇𝐊] Day 3- December 3, 3025. The event commenced with the Opening Remarks delivered by Prof. Jerome A. Porto, the Institute Secretary. This was followed by a Message of Gratitude to the University for the warm welcome extended to Bicol University, presented by Dr. Carina L. Sales, Director of the Institute of Physical Education, Sports, and Recreation (IPESR).

Subsequently, Prof. Raymond M. Anselmo, BS Fitness and Sports Management (FSM) Chair, provided an Overview of the BS FSM Program of the University of Santo Tomas - Institute of Physical Education and Athletics, Department of Fitness and Sports Management. Following this, Sr. Inst. Andrew Marie Edward C. Molano, MS, CES, PES, shared valuable insights into Corrective Exercise Programming (specifically focusing on Fitness and Sports Performance).The formal program concluded with a facility tour at the University.

We take this moment to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the entire University of Santo Tomas administration, the faculty members of the CHK Department, and the students for their time and efforts in ensuring our students gained the best experience from the university.

Mallari, Ph.D., Followed by Introducing the students and Faculty of Bicol University -IPESR led by. Dr. Carina L. Sales, Director of BUIPESR. A comprehensive Orientation on the CHK BSESS Program led by Asst. Prof. Wisdom Valleser. The session fostered an excellent exchange of ideas during the subsequent Q&A and Open Forum.

The day continued with an exciting tour of the CHK facilities, including the Ylanan Gym, Varsity Training Center, and the Baseball/Softball Field. The highlight was our simultaneous activities: friendly Men's Basketball games on Courts 1 & 2, and an energetic Streetdance Workshop (breakdancing, popping, locking) on Court 4.

Thank you to the UP CHK faculty, staff, and Student Council for hosting us and providing such valuable hands-on experience and knowledge exchange.
