Remembering Pinatubo: Lessons from the Past, Empowering Communities

๐Ÿ“ธ | On June 9 and 11, 2026, HAU Rondalla warmly welcomed guests and students through music during the commemoration of the 35th anniversary of the Pinatubo eruption.

Through heartfelt performances, the ensemble helped set the tone for reflection and learning as participants gathered to honor the resilience of communities affected by the eruption. The event served as a meaningful reminder of the lessons of the past and the importance of empowering future generations to build safer and stronger communities.
