Success begins when you believe in yourself and never stop pursuing your dreams. ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐น๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด began his journey at ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ด๐ฒ as a ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ student from ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ผ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฐ, driven by his passion for hospitality and creating meaningful experiences for people. His time at MCC played a significant role in shaping his journey from a student into a hospitality professional. Through hands-on training, group activities, and practical experiences, he developed discipline, time management, teamwork, communication, and professionalism skills that prepared him for the real world.
While pursuing his studies, Aldrin also worked part-time as a waiter at Fontana Leisure Parks and Casino. After graduating in 2014, he began his professional career with Yellow Cab Pizza as part of the management team and eventually became a Shift Manager. This experience allowed him to develop his leadership skills, manage daily operations, lead a team, and understand the importance of taking responsibility and leading by example.
Aldrin later continued his career in the cruise line industry, starting as a Restaurant Steward. Through consistency, dedication, and continuous learning, he progressed to become a Restaurant Host, where he strengthened his communication and customer service skills. After several years of hard work, he was given the opportunity to transfer to a new department. Today, he proudly works as a ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ผ ๐ฆ๐น๐ผ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ป๐ with ๐ก๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ, continuing to grow and provide high-quality service in a dynamic environment.
Looking back, Aldrin believes that growth comes from patience, hard work, and the willingness to start anywhere because every role matters. His advice to future professionals is to stay focused on their goals while being patient with their progress, embrace challenges and failures as part of growth, and continue learning and pushing forward because every small step brings them closer to their dreams.
