The gathering served as an opportunity for the newly elected officers to officially introduce themselves and begin aligning their goals for the upcoming academic year.

On May 7, 2026, at 7:20 PM, a meeting was officially called to order by Governor-elect, Sofia Ramirez. The meeting centered on the preparation, while a ๐˜ฌ๐˜ถ๐˜ฎ๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ session was also conducted to encourage open communication, strengthen camaraderie, and provide an opportunity for each organization to share updates, concerns, suggestions, and future plans.

With collaboration and shared purpose filling the room, officers and representatives from the SNAMS Department Organizationsโ€”The Lifeline, PHISMETS, RTSS, and SANSโ€”actively participated on the productive meeting centered on preparing for the upcoming academic year. The discussion included the orientation for the freshmen walk and laboratory tours to help incoming students become more familiar with the department and its facilities. A meaningful ๐˜ฌ๐˜ถ๐˜ฎ๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ then took place, covering plans and initiatives for students, important submissions, and possible partnerships for future activities.
