Now on its fourth year, “𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞: 𝐑𝐄𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐒” 🎁 once again opens its doors as a university-wide initiative that brings the Lasallian community together through the spirit of care and service. What started as a way to support students in the Higher Education Unit (HEU) now enters its phase of aggrandizement, extending its reach beyond college. This year, 𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞: 𝐑𝐄𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐒 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 (𝐁𝐄𝐔),🎉 allowing even more Lasallians to experience the care of the community.

Celebrating the Lasallian faith, students from the Higher Education Unit (HEU) of the University of St. La Salle - Bacolod attended the Mass of the Holy Spirit today, July 22, 2026 at the USLS Coliseum.

The mass was presided by the University Chaplain, Rev. Fr. Rocelo "Celoy" Villarosa. University administrators, faculty, staff, members of the University Student Government, and Campus Clubs and Organizations were also present in the said event.

After the Prayer of Blessing by Fr. Villarosa, the whole campus was blessed through our Lay Ministers.

The University Student Government extends its utmost gratitude to the university admin for listening to the student body.

Earlier today, the Executive Branch, College Council representatives, and The Spectrum attended a meeting with the university admin to discuss matters regarding the Late Enrollment Fee policy.

The discussion led to the decision of deferring the said policy for the first semester of AY 2026-2027, and conversations regarding this matter will continue.💚🤍

We heard you! The University is deferring the Late Enrollment Fee for the First Semester of AY 2026–2027. This will provide students with additional time to familiarize themselves with the policy and its guidelines following the University's campaign and for full implementation beginning the Second Semester of AY 2026-27.

Students are encouraged to complete their enrollment within the extended enrollment period. Those who may have concerns regarding their enrollment payments are advised to coordinate with the Business Office for appropriate assistance.

The campus is buzzing once again as Lasallians return for a brand-new academic year, filling the hallways and classrooms with renewed energy and excitement. Students were welcomed back for another year, embracing new opportunities as every first day brings a mix of excitement, nerves, and familiar faces, reminding us that every new beginning comes with fresh possibilities.
