The Learning Resource Center (LRC) actively participated in the Sustainable Inclusion Through Knowledge, Action & Participation (S.I.K.A.P.) 2.0 Program, themed โTurning Vision into Impact,โ held on September 16, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Room S-103, SHS Building.
Representing the LRC were Ms. Joy Dee R. Bacsa, LRC Chief, together with Ms. Sheryl Ann Linatoc and Ms. Rosemarie Bernales, Library Support Staff. The program featured insightful sessions from key University speakers, including Dr. Michelle Vincoy, Head of SAS, who discussed โIgniting CS Coordinators & Student Leaders w/ Perpetual Spirituality, Charism & Mindsetโ; Dr. Maria Cecilia E. Remanente, Dean of CITHM, who presented โAcademic Service Learning for Global Goalsโ; Dr. Joshua Mark Roxas, Head of the Research & Development Center, who discussed โData-Driven Community Development: Using Research for Social Impactโ; and Ms. Lorali Ann Beltran, Head of PQAD, who presented the โQuality Assurance Framework for Community Extension Services.โ
Adding significance to the program, Ms. Joy Dee R. Bacsa, LRC Chief, delivered the Closing Remarks, highlighting the importance of transforming shared knowledge and collaborative efforts into meaningful and sustainable community impact.
The LRC extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Bennyl U. Ramos, CES & TV ET, Head, for the kind invitation and for providing the LRC with the opportunity to be part of this meaningful initiative. The LRCโs participation reflects its continuing commitment to knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and community engagement, contributing to the development of a more engaged, inclusive, and empowered Perpetualite community.
