Pride Month reminds us that every person has a story worth honoring and a place where they belong.

This June, we celebrate the courage, resilience, and contributions of the LGBTQIA+ community. More than a celebration, Pride is a reflection of the ongoing journey toward a world where everyone can live authentically, be treated with dignity, and feel accepted for who they are.

As a community, may we continue to foster understanding, respect, and compassionβ€”choosing to listen, learn, and stand alongside one another. Our differences do not divide us; they enrich us and make our community stronger.

During the presentation, the OSAS heads provided suggestions and recommendations to help improve the organization's policies and operations. These insights will guide FITMA in revising its By-Laws to make them more effective, organized, and beneficial for its members.
