As part of Day 3 of the 𝟳𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗣 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝗜𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗣 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀’ 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 was held on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗹 & 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, bringing together Electronics Engineering educators, academic leaders, industry practitioners, and regulatory partners to strengthen ECE education through extension, industry alignment, and curriculum innovation.

The 𝟳𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗣 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, held on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟭–𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗹 & 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, was a meaningful gathering filled with learning, collaboration, and shared experiences within the IECEP community.

The 𝗜𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗣 𝗖𝗔𝗥 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 was honored to be part of this momentous event, with the chapter’s officers and volunteers contributing as members of the 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 and serving as ushers and usherettes for the convention proper and side events.

Through this experience, the IECEP CAR Student Chapter gained valuable opportunities to contribute, learn, and grow alongside fellow members of the IECEP community while witnessing the dedication, teamwork, and collaboration that brought the convention to life.

The 𝐈𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐏 𝐂𝐀𝐑 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 successfully conducted a technical webinar on 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐕, 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐚-𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐕, 𝟒𝐊𝐓𝐕, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟖𝐊𝐓𝐕, featuring 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫. 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐛𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐳 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐨, 𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐄, on 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, via Zoom.

The webinar provided participants with valuable insights into the evolution of television systems—from Standard Definition (SD) to High Definition TV (HDTV), Ultra-High Definition TV (UHDTV), 4KTV, and 8KTV—highlighting the continuous advancements in television technologies and image resolution.

Through this learning initiative, participants gained a deeper understanding of modern television technologies, including the key characteristics, applications, and developments of today’s high-resolution television systems.
