Last Saturday, September 26, 2026, IECEP BPSU-SC officers came together at ECE Laboratory 3 for a day of learning, sharing, and strengthening our skills as student leaders.

Through REINFORCEMENT, the seminar gave officers the opportunity to gain new insights, reflect on their roles and responsibilities, and better understand what it means to lead with purpose. It was also a chance to connect with fellow officers, exchange ideas, and learn from each otherโ€™s experiences. ๐Ÿ’™

More than just a training session, the seminar served as a reminder that effective leadership starts with continuous learning, teamwork, and a willingness to growโ€”not only for ourselves, but also for the organization we serve that leaves an impact worth remembering.

Here are some moments from REINFORCEMENT: IECEP BPSU-SC Leadership Training and Seminar! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ“ธ

With this program, the IECEP BPSU-SC officers put their leadership skills to the test. Challenged with various activities and questions that evaluated their traits, the event grounded them into more capable and cohesive volunteers. From this, it sharpened their ability to think critically, work as a team, and respond effectively under pressure. ๐Ÿง โœ๏ธ
