As the Tara Basa Tutoring Program continues, our student tutors remain dedicated in guiding every learner toward better reading comprehension, confidence, and academic growth. Each session is not only about teaching children how to read, but also about encouraging them to believe in themselves and their potential.

The smiles, participation, and gradual improvement of our learners reflect the impact of patience, compassion, and quality education. Through this initiative, we continue to strengthen our commitment to SDG 4: Quality Education by creating meaningful learning experiences that empower children and build brighter futures for the community.

Balingoan College officially announces the start of enrollment for incoming first-year students who successfully passed the 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 (𝗕𝗖𝗖𝗔𝗧) and whose names appear on the released list of qualified applicants.

All qualified applicants are encouraged to proceed with their enrollment and bring the necessary requirements for proper evaluation.

With profound sadness, Balingoan College joins the community in mourning the passing of Ms. Maria Elaine R. Abao, a dedicated Grade School Teacher of Balingoan Central School whose passion and commitment greatly impacted the lives of many young learners.
