Some goodbyes are never really goodbyes, they simply become reminders of how far we've come together. To our graduating Ate and Kuya, thank you for every rehearsal that ended with tired smiles, every performance that demanded your whole heart, and every lesson you shared without expecting anything in return. You have helped shape Dulaang Batangan into the family it is today, and that is something we will always carry with us.

𝗜𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗡, 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗔 𝗕𝗨𝗞𝗔𝗦. ✨🎭

For three transformative days, the members of BatStateU Dulaang Batangan gathered for a Leadership Development Activity anchored on one shared purpose—to strengthen the organization's core and preserve the legacy that has long defined its place on and beyond the stage. Through meaningful discussions, collaborative workshops, moments of reflection, and a solemn oath-taking ceremony, participants deepened their understanding of servant leadership, shared responsibility, and the enduring values that continue to shape every Dulaang Batangan artist. The oath served not only as a formal commitment but as a heartfelt promise to uphold the organization's mission, honor its legacy, and lead with integrity in every endeavor.

As every production begins with a strong foundation, so does every generation of leaders. More than honing skills, this journey reaffirmed the organization's commitment to nurturing artists who lead with purpose, serve with humility, and carry forward the legacy of Dulaang Batangan with unwavering passion. With hearts united, vows renewed, and vision strengthened, the curtain rises once again for a future built on a stronger core and a heritage that lives on through every performance.

Facilitated by Junior Consultant in Organizational Management, Mr. Jhmyr Velasquez, the session focuses on conflict resolution, effective communication, and teamwork in addressing organizational challenges.
