Good day Ka-CIT!
Thank you for the good times and memories that we shared together as a community.
Today, we formally announce the "Non-Renewal of the Organization" as stated in our Resolution No. 008 series of 2022. This is the last resolution that we've drafted as an organization.
Unfortunately, due to decreasing number of students under CIT department and as a result of merging of all BIT programs to the constituent campuses of BatStateU, the organization officers agreed for the non-renewal of the organization effective this next academic year which was drafted and ratified in our last meeting. As an organization, we're guided by our Constitution and By Laws and all important matters for the organization to be fully functional.
All activities that were conducted by the organization will not be possible without the support of the entire CIT community, and our home, the BatStateU San Juan community. We want to express our sincerest gratitude to all officers and advisers who shared their efforts and dedication for the welfare of the department. Also, we want to thank our very own Campus Director, faculty members, and the SOA Head and Coordinators for all the support and guidance.
Hoping that everyone enjoyed all the activities conducted by JCITS, most especially this academic year. Still, the remaining students under CIT department will continue to express the core of leadership and support the activities of other organizations in San Juan.
We really hope to stand once again as an organization soon and continue to serve our fellow members in the department. Once again, Thank you for all the support and God bless us all!
