Renel ๐๐ป๐ป๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ by turning his passion for baking into Confection Connection โ balancing creativity with business, and passion with practicality.
He ๐๐ป๐๐ฝ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ the next generation by proving you donโt need to have everything figured out to start โ you just need to trust the process and keep learning.
And he ๐๐ป๐ณ๐น๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ by showing that hospitality is more than service โ itโs about understanding people, creating experiences, and building something that makes them want to come back.

๐ At SMU HTM, Renel built his first foundation in hospitality โ from classroom lessons on F&B, operations, and customer service, to off-campus activities that shaped his leadership, confidence, and communication.
He learned that the real classroom wasnโt just the four walls, but in the experiences, responsibilities, and people he met along the way. Those lessons became the courage he needed to take his first big risk right after graduation.
