IN PHOTOS: The Biliran Province State University Board of Regents (BiPSU BOR) convened today, February 26, on its 1st Quarter 2026 Regular Governing Board Meeting at OP Convergence Room, BiPSU Naval Campus.

All agenda items covering financial, academic, administrative, and legal matters were approved. Significant decision of the board was the approval of the revised organizational structure of the university.
