This intensive training equips our maritime educators with advanced pedagogical strategies, supervisory frameworks, and leadership tools designed to foster higher standards of classroom instruction, simulator-based learning, and cadet mentorship.

⚓ Important Notice: First Day Attire & Dress Code

To all Incoming 1st Year Maritime Cadets / Probationary Midshipmen and Midshipwomen:

As you prepare to map out your course and begin your professional maritime journey on July 20, 2026, please be guided by the mandatory uniform and grooming regulations for the first day of classes.

Strict compliance is expected as part of your initial training in discipline and professionalism.

👕 Uniform Requirement:
Top: Plain white, round-neck T-shirt (completely blank; no logos, text, or graphics).

Bottoms: Clean, standard blue maong (jeans) pants.
Footwear: All-white rubber shoes paired with plain white socks.

💼 Bag Restriction:
Allowed: A standard handbag or handheld laptop bag.
❌ NOT Allowed: Backpacks of any kind are strictly prohibited on the first day.

💇‍♀️ Grooming for Midshipwomen:
Hair: Must be neatly and securely tied back (in a clean bun or ponytail). No loose strands.

Note: Show up sharp, stand straight, and be ready to hit the deck running. Your transition into a maritime professional starts the moment you step onto the campus grounds.
