𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 | 𝟭𝟮𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆
In light of the celebration of the Civil Service Month this September (pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation No. 1050, s. 1997), MSC conducts 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗽𝘂𝗽𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗮 𝗺𝗴𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 which shall reflect the concept “𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶” The festival consists of four contests namely; a. Digital Poster Making Contest, b. Spoken Word Poetry Contest, c. Tiktok Dance Competition, d. Photography Contest. All entries must be able to showcase the resilience and dedication to public service of every lingkod kawani of the government amidst the pandemic.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬. 𝗘𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁/𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁/𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟭 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀.
