The two-week international program brought together student delegates from agricultural colleges and universities across Asia for a series of academic lectures, experiential learning activities, cultural immersion, and field visits. Participants explored UPLB's rich history and heritage, engaged in the CAFS VIAJE (Value-adding Innovation through Agriculture Journey Experience) learning activities, and strengthened cross-cultural collaboration with fellow delegates from different member institutions.

Rosebelle's participation reflects BASC's commitment to fostering globally competent students through meaningful international engagement, academic excellence, and intercultural learning opportunities.

Congratulations, Rosebelle! Your dedication and achievement continue to bring pride to the BASC community as you represent the University on the international stage.

2. Submit your documentary requirements to the Office of the College Registrar.

3. If QUALIFIED for the Free Higher Education (FHE), wait for the Certificate of Registration (End of process for qualified FHE students).
4. If NOT QUALIFIED for the Free Higher Education, wait for the Pre-Assessment Form/SOA.
5. Present the Pre-Assessment Form/SOA to the Cashier’s Office to pay the required fees. Wait for the Official Receipt.
6. Return to the Office of the College Registrar, present the Official Receipt, and wait for the Certificate of Registration Form (End of enrollment process).
7. Proceed to the BASC Office of Student Affairs and Services and BASC Library for your School and Library IDs.

2. Proceed to your respective Program Chair and present your TOR/COG/ROG for evaluation and subject enlistment. Wait for the Pre-Advising Form.
3. Submit your documentary requirements and Pre-Advising Form to the Office of the College Registrar.

‼ Reminders ‼
a. Enrollment is on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED basis. Changing of section once enrolled is not allowed.
b. The signing of the Pre-Advising Form will be done at their respective College/Institute.
c. BASC is still transitioning to the new University Information System; hence, the schedule and procedures posted above may still change if system errors and glitches are observed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
d. Make sure to take a picture or photocopy the documentary requirements that will be submitted. You will use this in applying for various scholarship programs. The OCR will no longer release any submitted documentary requirements.
e. For students with lacking documentary requirement(s), they will be temporarily enrolled until the submission of the required document(s).

The 𝟑𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐳 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭 (NVQC), held alongside the 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 (AHIS), concluded on March 17, 2026, at Baker Memorial Hall, University of the Philippines Los Baños.

Representing Bulacan Agricultural State College, 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨 𝐆. 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐨 secured 3rd Runner-Up in the Individual Category. The team composed of 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨 𝐆. 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐦𝐨, 𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐆. 𝐑𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐄𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐌. 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐳 also placed 3rd Runner-Up Overall among 14 of the country’s leading veterinary schools.

During the college’s third participation in the competition, the team demonstrated strong preparation, analytical competence, and consistent performance at the national level.

They were guided by their dedicated coach, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚 𝐌𝐡𝐚𝐲𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐭, whose mentorship and support contributed significantly to their preparation and performance.

The BASC Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program extends its heartfelt congratulations to the team for their commendable achievement and for representing the institution with excellence and professionalism.

We also express our appreciation to the UP Venerable Knight Veterinarians Fraternity for a well-executed and academically enriching event.

The BASC Institute of Veterinary Medicine successfully took part in the Nationwide Simultaneous Rabies Vaccination Drive last March 11, 2026 at the IVM/VetMed Building in San Ildefonso, Bulacan.

This activity, spearheaded by the BASC-Institute of Veterinary Medicine Student Council , forms part of the nationwide initiative led by the Bureau of Animal Industry, the Philippine Veterinary Medical Association, and the Philippine Association of Veterinary Medicine Educators and Schools, with veterinary institutions across the country supporting the campaign for rabies awareness and responsible pet ownership.

Thank you to all pet owners who brought their dogs and cats for vaccination, and to everyone who helped make this activity possible. Every vaccinated pet is a step closer to a safer, rabies-free Philippines. 🐶🐱
