This study on BF-algebras introduces the concept of fq-derivations, a new type of derivation mapping defined using endomorphisms and fixed elements.

The research explores inside, outside, left-right, and right-left fq-derivations through proofs, finite examples, and infinite cases. The findings show that the behavior of fq-derivations depends on the algebraic structure involved, especially in associative BF-algebras, B-algebras, and BF1-algebras.

This work expands the theory of derivations in abstract algebra and opens new directions for research on generalized algebraic systems.

This study investigates the structural and determinantal properties of k-Lucas Hankel matrices, denoted by Hₙᵏ It establishes recurrence relations for the rows, columns, and diagonals of Hₙᵏ, and provides a complete characterization of det Hₙᵏ. We show that rank Hₙᵏ = 1 for n = 1 and 2 for n≥2 and derive a closed form for the trace. A key result is that the trace and determinant coincide for all k≥1 both equal to k2 +4. The Hankel transform is explicitly computed, shown to determine k, and a recurrence relation is obtained for its second transform sequence.

Efficient digital literacy, data-driven governance, and educational leadership are essential in improving school performance in public education systems. This study examined how these factors influence school performance in the Schools Division of Agusan del Sur using data from 322 teachers and 20 school heads through quantitative and qualitative analyses. Findings revealed that while digital literacy alone did not significantly affect school performance, data-driven governance and educational leadership, particularly leadership capacity, played major roles in achieving sustainable and performance-oriented school outcomes.
