This ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐Œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก ๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ, let's ask, listen, and remind one another that no one should have to struggle alone.

Sometimes, the hardest struggles are the ones we donโ€™t know how to put into words. We may find ourselves saying โ€œIโ€™m okayโ€ when everything feels heavy, trying to make sense of emotions we can barely explain.

To everyone who is quietly doing their best to get through each day, your struggles don't have to be visible to be real, and your pain doesn't have to be explained to deserve understanding. You don't have to have the right words, have everything figured out, or pretend to be okay all the time. Itโ€™s okay to pause, take a step back, reach out, and allow others to be there for you.
