Letran Calamba Registrar's Department The Department facilitates students' enrollment, promotion, retention, and graduation.

The Registrar’s Department is an Academic Support Service under the Academics Division. The department serves as the primary custodian of all the academic and scholastic records of all students and alumni. It manages the operations in the areas of student enrollment, promotion, transfer and graduation from basic education to collegiate and graduate schools. The department also performs government liaison work for the academic compliance of the Colegio.

For Graduating Learners, Academic Year 2026–2027

The Registrar's Department – College Records Unit is now accepting Applications for Academic Evaluation and Graduation for learners expected to graduate in the Academic Year 2026–2027.

🗓 Application Period: July 10 to 31, 2026

Please submit your application to your designated Records Evaluator:
