𝕊𝕥𝕦𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕥 ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕗𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟:
After so many inconveniences that this professor has caused me personally and my fellow students, I believe this is the best way to speak for ourselves.
These instances happened inside the school premises, and I will try to elaborate on them one by one:
1. He is not familiar with the subject he is teaching. Most of the time, when we need clarification about the topic, he cannot explain it and sometimes does not even attempt to address our questions.
2. He gives overly complex activities that are not aligned with his lessons. This makes it very difficult for us to comply because even he cannot explain the purpose of these activities.
3. He often discusses other subjects instead of focusing on the one he is assigned to teach. This sometimes consumes the entire class time, causing our lessons to be left behind.
4. He frequently makes late announcements or does not show up at all. This is very common for him and causes great inconvenience to those expecting him. What is more concerning is that we sometimes see him outside the school, just roaming and chatting with other students, with no regard for the class he abandoned. He does not even attempt to explain the reason for his absence.
There was even an instance when all second-year CS students were sent home because the test papers entrusted to him could not be found by the proctors—simply because he was late. This is too much, right?
5. He makes insensitive jokes inside the classroom. Many students say that maybe he is like this because he is new to the industry—just a newbie and careless. But I completely disagree. You do not need to have a bachelor’s degree to know proper etiquette and good manners. If you truly have professionalism, you will act accordingly.
6. He gives unclear or confusing advice and announcements to students. This often leads to confusion among many of us, wasting both time and effort.
These are not the only issues. I have heard many more stories about him, but they are not mine to tell. I hope the administration and authorities take the necessary action regarding this matter. We expect fair treatment and justice within this loving campus.
I am posting this not to spread hatred or negativity but to prevent more students from enduring this kind of behavior and unprofessional conduct.
Please read this not with judgment, but with an open heart, to understand what is really happening inside those four corners of the classroom.
It is our right to speak. Thank you.
