𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗖𝗨 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆'𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲

Mr. Mark Norman S. Boquiren, MCU Basic Education Department alumnus (Batch 2005), continues to inspire through his passion for education, literature, and the arts.

A recipient of the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 (𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲, 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝘂𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮), Mr. Boquiren returned to his alma mater as the Guest Speaker during the Senior High School Commencement Exercises, where he shared words of wisdom and encouragement to the graduating class.

His journey is a testament to the power of creativity, perseverance, and giving back to the community that helped shape one's success.

𝗔 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

The MCU College of Dentistry Alumni Officers Meeting was successfully held last May 14, 2026 at Café Culture, SM Mall of Asia, bringing together alumni leaders and college administrators for the initial preparations for the upcoming Centennial Celebration in 2029.

Key discussions focused on the timeline of activities, alumni engagement initiatives, fundraising plans, commemorative projects, and the strengthening of alumni representation across different batches. The meeting also highlighted the importance of unity, collaboration, and continued alumni involvement in preserving the proud legacy of the College of Dentistry.

As the College prepares for this historic milestone, the MCU COD community looks forward to celebrating a century of service, excellence, and lasting impact.
