3.Commited to study 3-years Straight
4.K-12 Graduate/ High School Graduate/ Alternative Learning System Passer(with Acquired SHS Track Equivalent from ALS) or Graduates from Old Basic Education Curriculum (2017 and Below)

2.Form 138 and Form 137
3.High School Diploma
4.Certificate of Indigency
5.6 pcs 1 x 1 ID picture ( Corporate Attire/ with Collar and White Background)

Please be informed that your classes will officially begin tomorrow, July 7, 2025. In the meantime, kindly wait for further instructions before going to school. Reporting to the campus is not required unless explicitly instructed.
