Sometimes, we get so caught up in our responsibilities, deadlines, and daily struggles that we forget to check in with ourselves. We often say โ€œ๐‘ฐโ€™๐’Ž ๐’‡๐’Š๐’๐’†โ€ even when things feel a little heavy.
