During her short stay in Cebu, Atty. Sis Hayel Rabaja from Manila Chapter, met with residents of the Lex Augustiniana Sororitas Cebu Chapter and Lex Cervus Fraternity Cebu Chapter, together with alumnus Atty. Grand Godofredo Cualteros, for a short yet productive discussion on the continued growth and development of the organization for year 2026.

The gathering symbolized the lasting and strategic ties of brotherhood and sisterhood within the organization, reflecting how the spirit of fraternity and sorority continues to thrive beyond distance and oceans.

Last April 19, at Kasa Boutique Hotel, the Cebu Chapters of Lex Augustiniana Sororitas and Lex Cervus Fraternity held their first ever General Assembly, marking the beginning of a new annual tradition.

The program opened with the financial and activity report, followed by the honoring of newly admitted lawyers from the 2025 Bar Exams. Each shared where they are in the legal field today, reflecting the different paths taken beyond law school and into the profession, a testament to growth and belonging within a growing community of practitioners.

This was followed by the presentation and oath taking of new members of the sorority and fraternity, formally welcoming them into the sisterhood and brotherhood.

With many key members present, the exchange of insights helped set a new direction for the fraternity and sorority, with the shared vision of growing into a larger student and career based community. This included initial discussions on strengthening the organization’s structure, starting with plans to elect alumni officers who will help guide its continued development and sustainability.

As the first General Assembly concluded, one question remained, what will it take to turn this vision into reality?
