𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we stepped into 𝓡𝓸𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓞𝓷: 𝓐𝓷 𝓔𝓿𝓮𝓷𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓸𝓯 𝓖𝓪𝓽𝓼𝓫𝔂 𝓖𝓵𝓪𝓶𝓸𝓾𝓻 at The Bayfront Hotel Cebu–Capitol Site for a night filled with dazzling looks, lively conversations, laughter, and new connections.

Amid the busy days and endless schoolwork, it was a chance to step away from the usual college routine, enjoy each other’s company, meet new people, and simply have fun. After all, it’s the moments we share that make being part of this community all the more meaningful. ✨

𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 | 𝙊𝙧𝙎𝙚𝙢 2026

Another chapter has been officially opened and everything is seemingly new, from the 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒆𝒔 down to the 𝒆𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 itself!

Seniors and faculty from the College of Arts and Sciences welcomed a total of 15 freshmen during the 𝓞𝓻𝓢𝓮𝓶 2026, held last August 10, 2026 at the EMVM Hall. The program consisted of the introduction of faculty and personnel both old and new, as well as the discussion of department guidelines and regulations. A few icebreakers and an intermission from 𝙉𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨—the department’s official dance troupe, were also incorporated into the program, bringing joy to the atmosphere.

To our new 𝖡𝗂𝗈𝗅𝗈𝗀𝗒 𝖳𝗂𝗍𝖺𝗇𝗌, welcome to Velez College!

𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 | 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙧 2026

“𝘝𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘻 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘢𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘤𝘴…” but wait until they find out there is so much more within the four walls of the institution than just academics!

After kicking off the 3rd day of 𝙑𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙯𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 2026, the most awaited 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙧 then took place at the Velez Gym. Freshmen of the College of Arts and Sciences—along with the freshmen of the College of Physical and Occupational Therapy—were introduced to a variety of organizations, ranging from those within the department to the ones recognized by Velez College itself.

Freshies, 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖿𝗎𝗇 𝖽𝗈𝖾𝗌 𝗇𝗈𝗍 𝗌𝗍𝗈𝗉 𝗍𝗁𝖾𝗋𝖾, as these organizations will take you to several places, teach you new things, and mold you into your best self!
