Pangandoy 3.0 has officially concluded, marking four days of dedication, resilience, and excellence. Amid the challenges, remarkable achievements were made as Russel Cabatuan brought home the Major Champion award for the Leadership Case Study, another major award for Crew of Crews, and was officially recognized as the Warden among Wardens.

A heartfelt congratulations is also extended to Jhason James Rhosel for emerging as the Champion of the Agree or Disagree Debate Contest. ๐Ÿ†

These accomplishments reflect the strength, competitiveness, and perseverance of the program and its people. Truly, the journey was not easyโ€”but it was undeniably worth it.

Congratulations to both Russel Cabatuan and Jhason James Rhosel for bringing pride and honor to the program. Padayon!

Today, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, we can switch-off our lights and plug off unnecessary electronics in order to sensitize ourselves on energy conservation and to save our natural resources. This symbolic gesture reminds us that our planetโ€™s resources are finite and require our active protection and advocacy.

โ€‹In the field of Development Communication, we are proponents of empowerment of both the people and the planet. Earth hour gives us the opportunity to have a quiet and dark time so that we can hear the calls of our nature. It is a call for us to integrate sustainability into our daily lives and to use our platforms to amplify the message of environmental resilience and responsibility.

The event which runs from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., gathers students in a virtual setting to discuss inclusivity, equality, and the role of communication in addressing discrimination. It also emphasized that attendance is required as part of studentsโ€™ academic engagement.

Students who have not yet joined are urged to log in and take part in the ongoing program.
