To ensure energy conservation while maintaining the continuity of our services, please be guided by the following:
For students and faculty:
Classes from Monday to Thursday will follow their existing on-campus schedules.
All classes held on Fridays will be conducted via online modality.
For Office Service:
Office hours are set from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 7 PM.
No office work on Fridays.

On February 13, 2026, our BTLED 1 students had a meaningful (and eye-opening!) psychosocial support session with their Guidance Counselor, Dr. Rosie Fe Legaspino, all about the powerful connection between the mind and the heart.

As future Technology and Livelihood Education teachers, they're not just learning skills — they're preparing to handle real classrooms, real students, and real-life challenges. And let’s be honest… teaching requires more than technical know-how. It requires patience, empathy, emotional control, and self-awareness.

This Love Month, BTLED 1 students were reminded:
💛 Self-awareness is a strength.
🧠 Clear thinking is power.
✨ Self-love is preparation for serving others better.

Because before you teach others how to build their future…
make sure you’re building yourself, too. 💛

In celebration of Love Month, the BEED 1B students took part in a meaningful psychosocial support session facilitated by their Guidance Counselor, Dr. Rosie Fe Legaspino, on February 13, 2026.

As future educators, they are called not only to teach young minds but also to nurture young hearts. The session emphasized the vital connection between the heart and the mind — understanding that emotions influence thoughts, and thoughts shape behavior. When we learn to truly listen to both our heart and our mind, we deepen our self-awareness and practice genuine self-love — understanding our emotions, guiding our thoughts, and responding to ourselves with compassion and balance.

For future teachers, this is essential. Before guiding children, they must first understand themselves. Before shaping minds, they must learn to care for their own hearts.

This Love Month, the reminder was clear: loving others begins with knowing and valuing oneself. 💛

Because when the heart is grounded and the mind is clear, we become the kind of teachers who inspire, uplift, and truly make a difference.
