✅ Be a 4th-year regular college student in an eligible course
✅ Be a child/grandchild of an ARB or RSBSA-registered small farmer/fisher
✅ Have no conditional or failing grades and be in good academic standing
✅ Have a minimum 90% average OR be in the Top 10% of your SHS class
✅ Have an annual family income of ₱300,000 or below
✅ Not be a recipient of another scholarship or financial assistance

• Certified True Copy of Grades for Grades 11 and 12
• Letter of Recommendation from the SHS Principal

📌 Limited scholarship slots are available for the replacement of terminated ILP scholars.

The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office X (CHEDRO X) invites qualified Sugarcane Industry Workers, Small Sugarcane Farmers, and their qualified dependents to apply for the SIScholar Program for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The SIScholar Program provides financial assistance to eligible students who are enrolled or intend to enroll in identified priority degree programs offered by State Universities and Colleges (SUCs).

📌 Eligibility
✅Certified by the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA) as a Sugarcane Industry Worker, Small Sugarcane Farmer, or qualified dependent;
✅ Incoming First-Year College Students
Senior High School General Average (GA) of at least 85% or its equivalent;
✅ Second- to Fourth-Year College Students
General Weighted Average (GWA) of 80% or its equivalent;
✅ Must be enrolled or intending to enroll in an identified priority degree program under the SIScholar Program.
