Please disregard the system-generated password sent to your email.
Instead, click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions to create your own password.

👤 Login

Return to the login page.
Enter your registered email address and your newly created password.
Click "Login" to access your SIS account.

🎉 CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OFFICIALLY ENROLLED QUALIFIED STUDENTS! 🎓

The University Admissions Office warmly congratulates all qualified applicants who have successfully completed their enrollment. Welcome to the university community! We are excited to have you begin this new academic journey with us.

📄 Please carefully review your Certificate of Registration (COR) and ensure that the following information is correct:

✅ your full name (spelling and format),
✅ your student ID number,
✅ your program,
✅ your block section,
✅ your class schedule (check that there are no subjects with conflicting or overlapping time schedules), and
✅ the required signatures of the School Registrar.

If you notice any errors or discrepancies in your Certificate of Registration, please visit the campus Registrar's Office and MIS at the earliest opportunity so that the necessary corrections can be made and a new copy of your COR can be issued.

We encourage everyone to verify their COR as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience during the start of classes.

📢 ADJUSTMENT OF ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE

In consideration of the upcoming Graduation Ceremony scheduled on July 7, 2026 and the Enhancement Seminar to be conducted on July 14-17, 2026. The adjustment aims to ensure the orderly conduct of the graduation activities and enhancement seminar while allowing the Registrar's Office and the concerned academic units to efficiently facilitate the enrollment process.

⚠️ Do NOT submit the original copies of your medical records, as these documents may be needed for your personal reference and future transactions.
