YABONG 2026 invites our partner LGUs and SUCs creatives to showcase their storytelling skills through an Audio Visual Presentation (AVP) Contest, highlighting real and relatable stories of science and technology in the Bicol region, especially in the field of agriculture.

This is part of the SARAI Bicol Regional Congress, happening alongside the 2026 Regional Science, Technology, and Innovation Week (RSTW) X Piñavation in Daet, Camarines Norte.

In the cell structure, there is a component called the cytoplasm, which holds everything in place and keeps everything organized.

In the Biology Department, there is a person we liken to the cytoplasm—someone who embodies that very role, keeping the Biology Department in check. Many students know her as someone who can energize not just a crowd, but everyone around her with her charm, welcoming aura, and genuine leadership.

𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 | Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) is now officially acknowledged as the University of Camarines Norte (UCN).

Through the recommendation of the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office (CHEDRO) V and Office of the Institutional Quality Assurance and Governance (OIQAG), the Commission En Banc granted the institution university status through Resolution No. 306-2026 after confirming that it had fulfilled all requirements under Republic Act No. 11399.

The recognition was formally announced today, June 15, during this morning’s flag-raising ceremony.
