| The DOrSU Student Clearance Manual is now available online. This step-by-step manual will guide all undergraduate and graduate students in processing their semestral clearance through the DOrSU Student Portal.

From 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟕–𝟐𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, the 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 (𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐓) successfully carried out its Semi-Annual Preventive Maintenance across the 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐃𝐎𝐫𝐒𝐔).

This regular initiative plays a vital role in ensuring that ICT equipment and network infrastructure remain in peak condition, supporting uninterrupted academic and administrative services for the entire university community.

𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
📌ISMS Training to both Staff and Faculty
📌 Comprehensive inspection and assessment of ICT equipment
📌 Installation and updating of essential computer software
📌 Registry optimization and antivirus protection updates
📌 Network infrastructure inspection and structured cabling improvements
📌 Distribution of official institutional email and ESMS accounts

The warm cooperation and assistance from Campus Administrators and personnel greatly contributed to the smooth ex*****on of this initiative.

The DICT reaffirms its commitment to maintaining, upgrading, and optimizing ICT resources to enhance the learning and working experience of students, faculty, and staff.

𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲 | 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

Starting 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, the 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 (𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐓) will begin deleting Google Workspace accounts belonging to our university alumni and former DOrSU employees.

This action is necessary because the University Google Workspace Account has reached its maximum limit of users. Moving forward, this will enable us to seamlessly accommodate new students and employees of the university.

We understand that your files are important to you. Hence, we highly recommend that concerned parties back up their files before the scheduled deletion date.
