💙 From Scraps to Sustainable Livelihood 💙

A heartfelt thank you to our generous alumna Lou Sanchez for connecting us with a cloth remnant operator Pangilinan who donated fabric remnants to support our Community Extension Program.

Your kindness and willingness to help have provided our adopted community beneficiaries with valuable start-up materials for producing round rag rugs and woven doormats—livelihood products that can generate additional income and promote self-reliance.

This generous donation serves as the initial capital for our livelihood project. As the program progresses, we hope to establish a sustainable partnership with our donor, where future fabric remnants may be purchased at a reasonable and affordable price. This arrangement will help ensure a continuous supply of materials while allowing our beneficiaries to gradually sustain and expand their livelihood enterprise independently.

Your generosity is more than a donation—it is an investment in hope, dignity, and the future of our adopted communities.

"Piso-A-Day update — SY 2026-2027: as of July 2026, we've collected ₱6,665.00 across all 7 campus donation boxes, all sealed and in good condition. The drive continues all school year, so keep dropping your piso! Every centavo goes to the Adopt-a-Scholar Program, Sustainable Community Outreach Program, and Livelihood Start-up Assistance for our 200 adopted families. Maraming salamat po!"

A great day of teamwork, energy, and fun as our PCU employees hit the courts at The Pickle Yard PH! From exciting game and lots of laughter off the court, it was all about building connections and enjoying the game together.

🎄 Sharing Hope, Spreading Christmas Cheer 🎄

Through the leadership and coordination of the PCU External Affairs Office, the PCU community extended warmth and kindness to our adopted barangays, Sampaloc 1 and 2, through a meaningful Christmas outreach made possible by the collective efforts of our dedicated offices and leaders. This initiative reflects PCU’s continuing commitment to community partnership, service, and compassion—especially during the season of giving.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Office of Student Affairs, Basic Education Department, Guidance Office, different college departments, along with our deans and department heads, for working together to bring smiles and hope to our partner communities.
