These four lines pretty much summed up the studentsโ€™ OJT experience. With more than fifty (50) Host-Training Establishments to which the student interns applied for their training, each student experienced a unique workplace, set of responsibilities, and challenges that contributed to their growth as future engineers.

From long and tiring site visits under the heat, going back to the site because of a missing measurement, taking quick coffee breaks, and figuring out what to do when the actual construction did not match the plans, every day brought something new.

They learned that engineering is not always about getting everything right the first timeโ€”๐˜’๐˜ข๐˜บ ๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ณ๐˜ด๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜ช๐˜ช๐˜ช. It is about being observant, asking questions, solving problems, and learning from mistakes. Beyond the technical skills, they also gained patience, teamwork, adaptability, and memories that made their 40-day journey worthwhile.

So, at the end of the day, when asked, โ€œ๐˜—๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ข ๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜ข ๐˜ฑ๐˜ถ๐˜ฅ?โ€, their answer would be:

โ€œ๐˜—๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ข ๐˜ด๐˜ข ๐˜ฑ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ข๐˜ฑ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฎ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ซ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ!!!โ€

Because every early morning, every measurement, every ๐˜ฃ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฌ ๐˜ด๐˜ข ๐˜ด๐˜ช๐˜ต๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฌ๐˜ข๐˜บ ๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ช ๐˜ถ๐˜จ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ด๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ, every โ€œ๐˜๐˜ข? ๐˜œ๐˜ฏ๐˜ด๐˜ข๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ ๐˜ฅ๐˜ข๐˜ธ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ?โ€, and every tiring day became part of a meaningful journeyโ€”bringing them one step closer to becoming the Engineers they aspire to be. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
