โThe MATS College of Technology Reserve Officers' Training Corps Unit (MATS ROTCU) successfully conducted its Military Science 1 (MS1) First Formation, marking the official commencement of military training for the Academic Year. The activity began with a mass formation, attendance checking, and orientation under the supervision of MSg Glenn L Antes (Inf) PA,Chief Clerk and the guidance of LTC ARON JAMES B NASATAYA (INF) PA, Commandant. The orientation was conducted by TSg Marcial B Pahayahay (Inf) PA, who introduced the cadets to the unit's training objectives, regulations, and the standards of military discipline and professionalism.

โThe training then proceeded with the ex*****on of Basic Command, led by Sgt John Mark V Arroyo (Inf) PA, Training NCO, where the cadets demonstrated discipline, precision, proper bearing, and responsiveness while learning the fundamental military commands. The activity concluded with final instructions delivered by Chief Clerk MSg Glenn L Antes (Inf) PA, who reminded the cadets of the unit's expectations, upcoming training requirements, and the importance of upholding discipline, integrity, and commitment as they begin their journey as future citizen-soldiers.
