CICT Week 2026 | A Grand Finale to Remember

The 4th and final day of the CICT Week Celebration concluded with an afternoon filled with elegance, talent, and unforgettable memories. The much-anticipated Masquerade Ball brought the celebration to life as students showcased their creativity and sophistication through their stunning masquerade outfits during the entourage presentation.

The excitement continued with the highlight events of the afternoon — Mr. and Miss CICT and IT Got Talent — where students confidently displayed their beauty, intelligence, creativity, and remarkable talents. The stage was filled with passion, confidence, and pride as each participant delivered outstanding performances.

The celebration also featured the awarding ceremony, recognizing the achievements, dedication, and teamwork of the different teams who actively participated throughout the week’s activities. Every competition, every cheer, and every moment contributed to making this celebration truly meaningful.

Indeed, CICT Week 2026 was more than just a celebration — it was a week filled with innovation, unity, creativity, and the vibrant spirit of the CICT community. From the first day to the grand finale, it brought together students, faculty, and staff in a celebration of talent, camaraderie, and excellence.

As we officially conclude this year’s CICT Week Celebration, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this remarkable event.

Day 3 of CICT Week 2026: Energy, Innovation, and Friendly Competition!

The third day of the celebration at ISUFST Di**le Campus was filled with excitement and collaboration as students and guests came together under the theme “AI: Beyond the Code – Intelligent Innovation for the Next Era.”

The morning started strong with an energizer led by the Bracket Breakers, followed by fun and engaging games like Baka sa Baka and Sambuwa, where Syntax Squad, Code Whisperers, Boolean Benders, and Bracket Breakers showcased teamwork, strategy, and school spirit alongside the CICT officers.

At the same time, an International Research Conference took place across campus venues such as the AVR, CICT Laboratory Room 3, and the Library Building. Delegates from institutions including University of Antique, Aklan State University, West Visayas State University, Iloilo Science and Technology University, Northern Iloilo State University, Siquijor State College, Passi City College, and University of Brawijaya participated in the Undergraduate and Faculty research categories.

The day continued with the Mobile Legends Championship Matches, where the Bracket Breakers emerged victorious in the Girls Category against the Code Whisperers, while the Boys Championship featured an intense match between Syntax Squad and Boolean Benders.

Another unforgettable day of learning, teamwork, and celebration for the CICT community!

Day 2 of CICT Week 2026: A Celebration of Knowledge, Competition, and Unity!

Day 2 of CICT Week 2026 at ISUFST – Di**le Campus was truly a day filled with inspiration, excitement, and collaboration.

The morning session featured insightful talks from our distinguished international speakers from Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, and India, sharing valuable global perspectives on technology, innovation, and the future of the IT industry.

As the afternoon unfolded, the energy continued with engaging and competitive activities such as the Rebus Puzzle Challenge, Dance Battle, and fun-filled Team Building, bringing out the creativity, intelligence, and teamwork of every CICT student.

The day ended on a high note with a vibrant Unity Dance at the campus field, where students came together to celebrate friendship, collaboration, and the strong spirit of the CICT community.

Indeed, Day 2 perfectly captured what CICT Week is all about — learning beyond the classroom, building connections, and celebrating the power of technology and teamwork.

CICT Week 2026 | Day 1 Highlights

The College of Information and Communications Technology of ISUFST Di**le Campus successfully kicked off Day 1 of CICT Week 2026 with energy, creativity, and unity!

The celebration began with a vibrant Parade of CICT students, where each team proudly showcased their spirit through cheers and yells. Representing their groups were Boolean Benders, Bracket Breakers, Syntax Squad, and Code Whisperers, bringing excitement and friendly competition to the start of the week.

The program officially opened with inspiring opening remarks from the CICT Dean, Dr. Renante A. Diamante, followed by a meaningful message from the Campus Administrator, Dr. Dingras E. Balbona, reminding everyone of the importance of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in the field of technology.

A highlight of the morning session was the insightful talk of our resource speaker, Engr. Hazel Galas Lampitoc, who shared valuable knowledge and inspiration aligned with this year’s theme:
“AI: Beyond the Code – Intelligent Innovation for the Next Era.”

Adding fun and excitement to the day, students showcased their talents in the Karaoke Challenge, earning merit points for their respective teams while filling the venue with music, laughter, and cheers. 🎤

The afternoon session continued with Start-Up presentations, where creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial ideas took the spotlight.

Day 1 truly set the tone for a week filled with learning, competition, and celebration of technology.
