Happy 16th charter anniversary Kapatirang Watchdog Odd Fellows Lodge No. 1 of the Grand Lodge of the Philippines.

Odd Fellows clubs existed in the Philippines as early as 1872. By 1898, an Odd Fellows Association of Manila also existed. On June 29, 1902, these associations and clubs combined forces and received its charter from the Sovereign Grand Lodge of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Odd Fellowship owned its building and was thriving in the Philippines up until it decided to suspend operations in 1938 at the onset of World War II. In 1985, Watchdog Committee was founded as a separate organization. But it was officially merged and was absorbed as Watchdog Lodge No.1 when it received its charter from the Sovereign Grand Lodge on November 21, 2009. Happy 15th Anniversary to our beloved Lodge, Kapatirang Watchdog Lodge No. 1!

Fifteen years ago, the dedication and vision of our pioneering brothers and sisters gave birth to our Lodge, laying the foundation for the revival of Odd Fellowship in the Philippines. This movement ignited the spirit of comradeship not only within Dumaguete but throughout the nation, uniting us under the timeless values we hold dear.
