𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 | Effective immediately, pursuant to Memorandum No. 25, s. 2026 from the Office of the University President, Isabela State University (ISU) shall implement a Compressed Work Week (CWW) for Non-Teaching Personnel and a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement for Teaching Personnel across all campuses and operational units. This initiative aligns with national government directives on energy conservation and the efficient utilization of institutional resources, promoting flexibility and energy efficiency in the public sector.

Under this arrangement, non-teaching personnel shall observe a four-day onsite schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while Fridays will generally be dedicated to limited operations and energy conservation, without compromising essential services. Offices delivering frontline services may adopt skeletal workforce or shift schedules to ensure that public service delivery remains seamless. Meanwhile, teaching personnel shall observe WFH every Friday, continuing official academic duties such as online classes, consultations, research, extension activities, curriculum development, and other scholarly responsibilities. Faculty members are expected to submit Monthly Accomplishment Reports (MAR) to document outputs and activities during the WFH period.

All campuses, colleges, and offices are reminded to observe the Enhanced Energy Conservation Protocols and ensure that the implementation of these arrangements does not disrupt the delivery of academic, administrative, and public services. Units performing essential and critical functions shall remain fully operational, with modified schedules as may be determined by their respective heads. All personnel are directed to exercise diligence and compliance in support of this initiative.

We would also like to inform the public that with this arrangement, office transactions shall be processed from Monday-Thursday.

ISU Specials | Ipinapahayag ng Isabela State University (ISU) ang pakikiisa sa buong Pilipinas sa paggunita ng ika-40 Anibersaryo ng EDSA People Power Revolution – isang makasaysayang yugto na nagpatunay sa lakas ng nagkakaisang mamamayan upang ipaglaban ang kalayaan, karapatan, at demokrasya.

Sa pag-alala sa sakripisyo at tapang ng milyun-milyong Pilipinong nagtipon sa EDSA noong 1986, kinikilala natin na ang tunay na kapangyarihan ng bansa ay nagmumula sa aktibong pakikilahok ng mamamayan. Ang diwa ng People Power ay nananatiling paalala na ang demokrasya ay hindi lamang karapatan na ating tinatamasa, kundi responsibilidad na dapat nating pangalagaan at isabuhay sa araw-araw sa ating mga komunidad, institusyon, at pamayanan ng akademya.

Bilang pamantasang nagsusulong ng kaalaman, kritikal na pag-iisip, at malasakit sa bayan, patuloy nating huhubugin ang mga mamamayang may kamalayan sa kasaysayan, may paninindigan sa katotohanan, at may aktibong pakikilahok sa pagpapaunlad ng lipunan. Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang EDSA sa bawat henerasyon upang panindigan ang katarungan, pagkakaisa, at kapayapaan.

Sama-sama nating ipagdiwang ang diwa ng People Power – ang kapangyarihan ng mamamayan para sa bayan.

An ocular visit was conducted to the different parks and gardens of the ISUE- College of Education as part of the evaluation and judging process. The activity aimed to assess the cleanliness, creativity, sustainability, and overall maintenance of each garden. The initiative highlights the college’s commitment to environmental awareness, aesthetic improvement, and community participation. Each area was carefully observed and evaluated based on the established criteria to recognize outstanding efforts and promote continuous campus beautification.
