Good day. We are pleased to inform you that the National Service Training Program (NSTP) Fair and Recognition Ceremony 2025 will be held on 21–24 October 2025 with the theme “Strengthening UPM NSTP Partnership with Institutions and Communities towards Meaningful Learning and Service Opportunities (Pagpapalakas ng UPM NSTP Partnership sa mga Institusyon at Komunidad Tungo sa Makabuluhang Pagkatuto at mga Oportunidad sa Serbisyo).”

This landmark event, the first-ever NSTP Fair in the university's history, aims to highlight the creativity, service orientation, and community engagement of UP Manila students and partners. Activities will include project showcases, interactive booths, and recognition of exemplary NSTP initiatives.

We warmly invite all students, faculty, administrative staff, and PGH personnel to visit the exhibits and participate in the activities throughout the week. Your presence and support will help celebrate the collective commitment of the UP Manila community to public service, nation-building, and transformative learning.

The UPM NSTP held its Strategic, Tactical, and Operational Planning Workshop last February 26-28, 2025.

The NSTP held its donation drive titled "Oplan Tulong para sa mga Nasalanta ng Bagyo" in collaboration with UPM Pahinungod and UPM Learning Resource Center (LRC). The NSTP wants to thank all of you who helped our kababayan with your donations.

The National Service Training Program (NSTP) is launching "Oplan Tulong para sa Binagyo," in coordination with Director Eric Talens of the Pahinungod Office of UP Manila, starting November 21, 2024, until December 15, 2024.

We will gladly accept financial or in-kind donations, big or small, as long as they are given wholeheartedly for the welfare of typhoon victims across various regions of Luzon.

The NSTP has collaborated with Director Miguel Catalig of the UP-Manila Learning Resource Center (LRC) to be the repository for all dry goods collected during the drive.

We hope this initiative, NSTP’s mandate will instill in our youth the spirit of helpfulness and cooperation, especially in alleviating the hardships faced by our fellow Filipinos during disasters and natural calamities.

The UP Manila recognizes the important role of the youth in nation-building. Through the NSTP, UP Manila aims to be instrumental in the continuous development of the students at the tertiary level to become well-informed, responsible, socially conscious, and highly participative citizens.
MISSION
The UP-Manila NSTP Program is committed to equipping students and faculty with comprehensive quality training and continuous education to serve the community through the three components: Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS), Literacy Training Service (LTS), Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC).
