Qualified student are required to submit the following documents during the pre-enrollment period on June 16 and 17, 2025 at the Physical Education Office:
a. One (1) green long folder
b. Two (2) pieces of 2x2 ID photos (recent, with white background; selfie-type photos are not allowed)
c. Original and clear photocopy of the Report Card
d. Clear photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by PSA
e. Certificate of Good Moral Character (original and photocopy)
Please be reminded that failure to comply with the prescribed enrollment procedures and deadlines may result in the forfeiture of your admission slot.
Meanwhile, applicants who did not qualify for the BPEd program are encouraged to proceed with the admission process for their second or third choice of program.
