Mahigit 40+ pamilya ang makikinabang sa proyektong water supply ng Tarlac Gerona Eagles Club sa Gawad Kalinga, San Clemente, Tarlac. Hnd na kailangan maglakad pa ng ilang kilometro ang mga nakatira dito maka-igib lang ng tubig, dhil nakapagpatayo na po tayo ng water pump sa kanilang komunidad. Phase 1 pa lang po ito ng aming tulong. Aayusin pa po natin ang sistemang patubig na ito na kung saan ay makakabitan pa natin ito ng electric pump na pinapagana ng solar power. Isang malaking ginhawa para sa ating mga kababayan na hnd gaanong naaabutan ng tulong.

Bilang pakikibahagi ng Tarlac Gerona Eagles Club sa pagbabalik ng face-to-face classes sa ating mga paaralan, nag-abot ng tulong ang aming club sa pamamagitan ng cash donation sa Magaspac Elementary School. Nanguna sa pag-abot ng donation ang aming Club President-Kuya Rod Fontanilla, V-Pres Kuya Bert Millado, Treas-Kuya Carlo Baysa, members kuya Ryan Sapuay at Kuya Jun Bañas na sya namang malugod na tinanggap ng kanilang School Head.
Patuloy po na nakikinig at tumutugon ang Tarlac Gerona Eagles Club sa hinaing at pangangailangan ng ating mga kababayan..

For CLARIFICATION:

Our Initiation process is comprised of at least five stages wherein each Eagle Applicant will be required to recite specific doctrines in Eagleism which every Eagle is expected to know by heart and which we cannot publicly divulge.

Moreover, we strictly obey and respect all existing laws, rules, and regulations such as the Anti-Hazing Law, health protocols and others in conducting any activity or program.

Each Eagles Club exercises its own autonomy in selecting and choosing applicants provided that we strictly follow the required stages.

Furthermore, Initiation is only the third “I” in our application process. After Initiation, each successful applicant will be required to undergo the mandatory Incubation Period and render at least three community services before being Inducted as an Eagle.

We respect all fraternities, sororities, clubs and other charitable organizations and we also respect the decision of some of our Kuya and Ate who are part of other groups and those who are planning to apply to them.

We mean no harm or disrespect to anyone or any group. As Eagles, we consider ourselves Pillars of the Nation and friends to all people.

Some of our members might have committed infractions and so with some members of other organizations, but it is foul to post invectives against the entire Fraternity and presume that you already know our Initiation Rites relying only on a piece of paper that you might have read online or unofficially took possession of.

Please do not speculate, join our movement and see the difference. Together, we can serve more.

Tarlac Gerona Eagles Club is an Eagles Club under the jurisdiction of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles.

Like every fraternity, we have our own application process wherein we strictly and religiously follow the 5 “I’s” as we call it. We also have our own handshakes and jargons.

However, unlike other fraternities, we take pride NOT in the number of paddles or physical tortures we endured during our initiation rites, BUT by the number of COMMUNITY SERVICES we successfully conducted and by the assistance, no matter how small, that we have rendered to our fellow Eagles. We do not claim to be ancient, but we are definitely significant, maybe not in the ancient times, but surely we are, in the present and in the future as well.

We do not also claim to be perfect and faultless, but before you insult our Fraternity, we humbly challenge you to post the community services that you have rendered for the past few months in your community, no matter how small, and try to be at par with us. If we compete in serving the people and not in initiation rituals, our country will definitely become a better place and more people will benefit from our unified efforts to help those who are in need.
