Good day, GCUCIANS!

Please be informed that there is a change in the deadline for the submission of requirements for TES Validation & Verification of Applicant’s Status for the 1st Semester, SY 2026–2027.

📌 Original Deadline: October 4, 2026 (Sunday)
📌 Updated Deadline: October 5, 2026 (Monday)

The deadline has been moved to October 5, 2026, since October 4, 2026 falls on a Sunday and there will be no office duty on that day.

Those who have not yet submitted their requirements are therefore advised to comply at the Admin Office on or before October 5, 2026.

⚠️ Please be guided accordingly. Failure to submit the required documents within the revised deadline may result in disqualification, subject to the applicable TES validation guidelines.

Out of 1,719 applicants, 397 applicants have been tagged as QUALIFIED, subject to further validation and verification of their status.

With this, all applicants included in the list are requested to submit the following requirements for the validation of their TES application for the 1st Semester, SY 2026–2027:

📌 REQUIREMENTS:

1. One (1) Colored Copy of Validated Student ID with 3 specimen signatures – 1st Semester, SY 2026–2027
✨If your Student ID has not yet been validated, kindly look for Ma’am Raquel G. Tanudra, School Registrar, for the necessary signing and validation.

2. Original Certificate of Registration (COR) – 1st Semester, SY 2026–2027

3. One (1) Colored Copy of PWD ID (for those with disability)
