To all students who have not yet applied, you are encouraged to accomplish the Google Form through the link provided below.

As of today, we have received 1,087 applications out of approximately 4,000 enrolled students.

Good day, GCUCIANS!

In preparation for the upcoming Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application this August 2026, all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are advised to open the application for qualified students.

In line with this, our institution will conduct the TES application process in compliance with the said memorandum.

Who can apply?
1. Filipino Citizen
2. Must be enrolled in a college
3. Must be taking their first undergraduate degree (must have no previous undergraduate degree)
4. Must not have exceeded the maximum number of years (5 years)
5. Must not be currently receiving any other government scholarship or ongoing financial assistance program, such as:
* TDP
* DOST Scholarship
* CHED Merit Scholarship
* COSCHO

Application period: Until JULY 28, 2026

Note: Submitting an application does not automatically ensure eligibility or approval, as all applications will undergo proper validation and are subject to the availability of funds.

Good morning, everyone!

Due to an issue with the TES Application Google Form, we will be posting a new version of the application form later today.

Upon checking, we found that the original form was deleted by Google due to a violation of its Terms of Service. We sincerely apologize to everyone who has already completed and submitted the previous form.

Please be assured that the new version has been reviewed and will not encounter the same issue. We kindly ask those who submitted the previous form to accomplish the new application form once it is posted.

📢 PREPARATION FOR THE UPCOMING TERTIARY EDUCATION SUBSIDY (TES) APPLICATION
(August 2026)

To all interested students who wish to apply for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), please prepare the following information and documents in advance to facilitate the application process.

REQUIRED:
- Learner Reference Number (LRN)

If applicable:
- PhilSys ID Number
- Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) Household ID Number
- PWD ID
- Certificate of Indigenous Peoples (IP) Membership issued by the NCIP

Please ensure that all information is accurate and readily available once the TES application officially opens.

📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE FOLLOWING TES GRANTEES / AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES

The following TES grantees and/or their authorized representatives are requested to visit the Admin Office on Monday, July 13, 2026, to comply with the lacking documentary requirements identified after the TES disbursement.

Upon thorough verification of the submitted documents, the following deficiencies were noted:

1. April Boy A. Agan (Grantee)
Authorized Representative: Arcelen Agan Dumaloan

- Lacking one (1) signature on each of the four (4) photocopies of the representative's Valid ID.

2. Ian A. Cagatcagat (Grantee)

- Submitted School ID was not validated by the School Registrar.

- Only one (1) photocopy of the representative's Valid ID was signed. The remaining three (3) photocopies are lacking four (4) signatures each.

📢 ATTENTION: NEW TULONG DUNONG PROGRAM (TDP) QUALIFIED APPLICANTS – BATCH 25.1

Good day!

Please be informed that the list of New Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) qualified applicants (Batch 25.1) for the First Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026 is now released through the CHED portal, subject to the validation and verification of eligibility.

In line with this, all applicants included in the list are requested to submit the following documentary requirements on or before July 10, 2026 (8am-5pm):

📌 Requirements:
1. TDP Application Form (available at the Admin Office)
2. Original, Certified True Copy, or electronically generated copy of the Certificate of Registration (COR) or Certificate of Enrollment (COE) for the First Semester, AY 2025–2026
3. Original Certificate of Indigency issued by the Punong Barangay of the applicant's place of residence (Purpose: Tulong Dunong Program)
4. Colored photocopy of the student's current School ID with three (3) specimen signatures, printed on A4 bond paper (SY 2025-2026 must be validated by our School Registrar)
5. One 1x1 and 2x2 picture (white background)

⚠️ Failure to submit the complete requirements on or before the deadline shall result in disqualification from the program.
