We received words of encouragement tonight as we meditate 2nd Thessalonians 1-3, where we are encouraged by the Apostle Paul to:
1. Always thank God;
- C1:3 We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brethren as is only fitting, because your faith is greatly enlarged, and the love of each one of you toward one another grows ever greater.
----c3: v5- May the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the steadfastness of Christ.
2.. Not to get tired of doing good;
c3: v13: But as for you brethren, do not grow weary of doing good.
c3:v16- Now may the Lord of peace Himself continually grant you peace in every circumstance. The Lord be with you all.
- We should always look forward to Jesus’ return but we should also be busy doing good while on earth.
-Everyone experiences suffering of different degree and type, but we should still have that joy in our sufferings. God will test our faith but never beyond what we can bear.
-James 1:12- Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
God bless everyone!
Thanks sis Dharani.❤️

Good evening!
Today, we are reminded with the power of prayer to our Lord Jesus.
Like Gideon, Barak, and Jephta who are warriors that always prayed and seek God's guidance.

Indeed our prayers serves as:
- key to open locked doors
- seed at the feet of Jesus that grows and shall bear fruit
- bridge to reach to God
- ladder to God
- is a wireless connection to Him
- expression of our love to Him and strengthen our rel'p
- powerful weapons in this battlefield

- we are warriors, prayer is our weapon, bible be our code of conduct, Jesus our commanding officer and victory comes from Him. God will batlle for us.

- remember that in a week or in a day , whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

-never cease praying, and whatever ye ask, beleive that is shall be given, trusting God knows what's best and His will be done.

- God bless everyone!
Thanks sis Tabitha for the word😊

Good evening . Sharing our prayers for today taken from Thessalonians 4 onwards.

We include in our prayers that:
- we flourish in our faith
- we persevere in serving and seeking the Lord

- love more and more
And let our language be out of love. We do things of love as Jesus died because of His love for us- that we would be with Him in eternity.

- as we exercise our faith, may we not have excessive grief or anxiety since our confidence is in the Lord.

1 Thessalonians 5:2
- "for you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. "

- let's be ready always.
- let not our faith sleep but be watchful and serious with our spiritual walk. (Thanks sis Zaira)

Godbless everyone.😊
