Pure speed. Record breaker. Zero wasted time.⚡️

Happy birthday to the monster himself, Fred! 🎂From making noise at the national prisaa in Bacolod last April for Western Visayas to not just winning his individual event, but literally rewriting the history with a new relay record with the team-his drive is different.

We are amazed by you, by being consistent, and doesn’t even waste a single second when it comes to the grind. May God bless you always. Enjoy your day!💗

If there’s a fun run and a podium, you already know where he’s standing.🏆

Happy birthday, Mr. Long Distance Runner! 🎂Represented the western visayas in National Prisaa last April, dominates every fun run and puts in lethal mileage behind the scenes. Keep striding and stay hungry! May God bless you always. Enjoy your day!💗
